1959 - 1961

Mechanical & Electrical contracting business, 'D.P. Fox' is set up by Dennis Fox, providing services across the East Midlands &Yorkshire

'Mackintosh Developments', a Property Development company is set up by Charles Mackintosh, building new homes in the East Midlands

1979 - 1989

D.P Fox, Mechanical & Electrical contracting business, is taken over by Steven Fox, and rebranded 'Fox Electrical'

The contracting business, expands to supporting clients across the East Midlands, West Midlands, Yorkshire, & the South East

1990

The group is rebranded to 'The Fox Group', encompassing the three parts of the business, M&E contracting, Property Development & Property Maintenance

A new era for the company, as it opens a new office in Scotland

1991 - 2003

Electrical Appliances division launched, selling commercial appliances

Fire & Security division launched, servicing the needs of commercial clients

Data & Telecoms division launched, providing connectivity for both the public & private sectors

Audiovisual division launched, providing Satellite TV to domestic & commercial clients

2004 - 2009

M&E contracting group grows, delivering contracts across Scotland

Training & Recruitment division is set up, to meet the increasing shortage of skilled labour for the M&E contracting group

Smart Homes Automation division launched, providing smart home systems to luxury housing developments

'Highland Vacation', a Hospitality group is set up, providing luxury guest accommodation across the Scottish Highlands

2009

Fox Electrical, the M&E contracting group is sold

2010 - 2012

'TBS Europe', is set up providing management consultancy to companies across the UK & Europe

'Transunite Managed Services', a JV company, is set up to provide Fleet management services to the public sector

'Highland Vacation', the hospitality group is sold

2013 - 2020

'TBS Europe' is rebranded to 'CVI Capital', to reflect the shift in company focus, moving from a consultancy business, to an investment company

'Tekserv Managed Services', a JV company, is set up to provide a Facilities Management service to regional operators across the UK

2021

The group is rebranded to 'The Enyaw Group'

The companies shift toward a 'collaboration-only' model of working, investing in, & creating new products & businesses, alongside JV partners
